Qualifications

• Professional coaching credential: NBC-HWC or exam-enrolled.
• Fitness or nutrition credential: CPT (ACE, NASM, ACSM) or equivalent.
• At least one year of virtual coaching with live video + async messaging.
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain proactive engagement.
• Comfort interpreting HR, HRV, steps, sleep, and device data.
• Evening/weekend availability and flexible daytime blocks.
• High empathy with structured accountability.
• Comfort in fast-moving startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Live video sessions: lead one-on-one coaching blending behavior change with movement and nutrition support.
• Asynchronous messaging: proactive in-app communication and timely nudges.
• Member engagement: build personal, scalable relationships across channels.
• Data-driven coaching: translate wearable signals into insights.
• Adaptive plans: co-create SMART fitness, nutrition, stress, and sleep plans.
• Form & technique: demonstrate and correct movements with modifications.
• Clinical escalation: identify red flags and route to clinicians when needed.
• Operational feedback: share insights to product and flows.
• Documentation: maintain concise notes and track outcomes.
