Qualifications

• Master’s degree in literacy or reading.
• Reading Specialist endorsement (BR) preferred; BT accepted.
• Experience coaching general education teachers in evidence-based literacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group coaching to teachers on literacy instruction and core curriculum.
• Design and deliver professional development sessions on literacy practices and assessment.
• Lead and assess literacy growth across K-6 and support transition to standards-based learning.
