Act as the first point of contact for clients—building trust and ensuring clear, compassionate communication
Manage client intake, follow-ups, and ongoing updates
Collect and organize critical documentation from clients
Assist attorneys and paralegals with case preparation
Maintain accurate records in our case management system
Help ensure deadlines are met and clients feel supported every step of the way
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Tech-savvy—comfortable with email, CRM/case software, and virtual workspaces
Prior experience in immigration law or legal support preferred
Bilingual (especially Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, or Mandarin) is a huge plus
