Zirtual has partnered with a top Minnesota law firm to find a qualified 1099 remote paralegal for their office. We offer law firms practice area-specific, experienced virtual paralegals who strive to meet and exceed attorney-client needs. Our paralegals are essential members of Zirtual, serving as the main point of contact with their assigned clients and working independently with law firms. They receive support from their Account Supervisor for relationship management, quality assurance, and best practices.

The paralegal will provide professional services by handling tasks and projects assigned by clients, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. They must maintain proactive communication, be available during agreed-upon business hours, and keep detailed client profiles. Daily time entry and adhering to communication response times are essential.

Position Summary

• Remote Minnesota business and real estate paralegal focusing on agricultural clients
• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per month
• Must have Minnesota business and real estate experience and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Business formation and corporate documents (LLCs, operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, articles of incorporation)
• Asset transfers, real estate support (title searches, deed drafting, residential and agricultural land transactions)
• Internal title research and verification

Additional Assets

• Experience with WealthCounsel for document drafting
• Familiarity with agricultural clients and industry-specific documents
• Understanding of VPN and remote work tools

Requirements

• Paralegal experience with Minnesota business and real estate (3+ years)
• Availability during business hours
• Reliable internet and computer at home
