Pasadena Villa Outpatient is a leading provider of mental health treatment services across the region, with 25 outpatient locations across eight states. We are part of Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare Network, offering a continuum of care within our Psychiatric Network and Eating Disorder Network, including inpatient, intensive residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services nationwide.
The VIOP Therapist is a licensed clinician who provides individual and group therapy sessions for clients in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization within a virtual setting. VIOP Therapists assess therapeutic needs, develop treatment plans, and facilitate group, family, and individual therapy. They collaborate with clients, team members, external clinical partners, and families to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.
Within the organization: Maintains frequent and close working relationships with clinical, admissions, and leadership team members throughout the organization.
Outside the organization: Initiates and maintains strong professional relationships with clients, families, clinical providers, referral partners, and vendors as needed.
