The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized outpatient facility. The Therapist assesses the therapeutic needs of the individuals and families, develops appropriate treatment plans, and serves as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process. The Therapist acts as a client advocate within the treatment team, coordinates care with referral sources and clinical partners, and serves as a liaison with families to support the treatment plan.
