Job summary

AllSeason Solar is seeking a Virtual Inside Solar Consultant to join our New Jersey office in Galloway. This full-time, in-office role involves presenting solar solutions to prospects online via Zoom/Meet/Teams, guiding them from education to contract signature, and earning commissions.

You will work with customers remotely, build relationships, and help translate solar benefits into savings. A college degree is preferred but not required; strong communication, CRM know-how, and tech savviness

• Tech Savvy: MS Office, G Suite, CRM's and Virtual Software

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual sales presentations via the web, with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams etc.
• Obtain all required sales documents via Docusign or E-signing
• Knowledgeable in web-based programs including Sales CRM and G-Suite
• Cultivate referral opportunities from new and existing clients
• Represent AllSeason Solar’s Vision and Mission

Job Overview

AllSeason Solar currently has several open positions for a Virtual Inside Solar Consultant . This position is a Full-Time and in office position, with a set schedule, located at our New Jersey office in Galloway. Our Virtual Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for quickly developing meaningful relationships with new prospective customers and walking them through the entire sales process, from basic education to contract signature via the web by using software such as Zoom and Google Meet and Microsoft Team.You will work directly with customers remotely, educating them on the benefits of going solar, as well as addressing their questions and concerns. The Virtual Solar Financial Advisor is considered the key liaison between AllSeason Solar and the homeowner, and should personify a total expertise in Solar systems.AllSeason Solar provides comprehensive sales and software training.

Hours, Compensation & Benefits

Virtual In-Office Position -This is not a Remote WorkFull-Time in Office position, approximately 40 – 50 hours per weekSet work schedule Performance based positionSalary plus commission, $75, 000 - $150,000 per yearHealth, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits availablePaid Holiday, Vacation and PTO daysNo road work required
