Ideal candidates have 5+ years ICU experience and an Ohio nursing license; BLS; access to Riverside campus resources; variable shifts. The EICU nurse functions as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient care and adherence

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio is required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) is required.
• Minimum 5 years ICU, ED, or PACU experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates responses to interventions and revises plan of care with the team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality and safety (10%).
• Operations - Performs operational duties as needed within the unit.
