Job summary

Baxter International is hiring a Virtual Sales Specialist in Raleigh, NC. You will drive revenue through digital selling, build relationships with healthcare providers, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver Baxter CCS products and services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in inside sales, with a focus on customer needs and strategic selling. Expect a minimum onsite presence of 3 days per week and eligibility for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet customer needs and sales objectives; B2B sales background preferred.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful with strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to balance team/individual responsibilities and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Develop extensive understanding of the product portfolio within the business unit.
• Experience working with CRM-tools & MS-Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue within assigned territory using digital selling techniques.
• Prospect, qualify leads, and identify opportunities using digital tools and CRM.
• Engage customers to understand business issues and demonstrate Baxter CCS product value.
• Collaborate with account executives, clinical consultants, and product teams to offer end-to-end solutions.
• Develop plans to address gaps and negotiate to finalize sales.
• Complete administration in Salesforce.com and related systems.
