Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/healthcare relevant field.
• 5+ years analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience with IT projects and SDLC methodologies.
• Proficient in elicitation techniques and stakeholder interviews.

Responsibilities

• Capture context, problems, and objectives with users and IT teams.
• Develop business, user, and functional requirements.
• Establish traceability to the business vision.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to refine scope.
• Translate requirements into test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers and testers throughout SDLC.
• Design and develop virtual health reports and dashboards.
