Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years directly related work experience may substitute.
• Minimum five years in IT analyzing and documenting business, stakeholder, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Associate’s with two extra years IT systems support plus five years of analysis may substitute a Bachelor's.
• High School + four years IT systems support plus five years of analysis may substitute a Bachelor's.
• Minimum three years IT or Business Project analysis/ Testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Partners with users and IT teams to capture business context and needs.
• Develops business, user and software requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Establishes traceability of requirements to support the business vision.
• Executes elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, prototypes).
• Communicates between business domain users and developers/testing personnel.
• Reviews ideas and elevates features for future development.
• Adheres to SDLC and improves organizational maturity.
• Designs Virtual Health solutions including reports/dashboards.
• Responds to ad-hoc data requests with extracts and reports.
• Performs data quality assurance and audits.
• Monitors service quality and vendor compliance.
• Tracks account usage for clinicians, patients and families.
