Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 3 years healthcare or related experience.
• Medical Assistant Program or applicable Military Training; Onc Tech/Pharm Tech exp also accepted.
• Ability to learn and use multiple health systems (Capstone, Cerner, Soarian, Virtual Health platform).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow: review records, assist with consent, screen initial patients, and support virtual visits.
• Provide technical support to virtual care patients and caregivers, troubleshoot, and navigate the virtual health portfolio across devices.
• Manage appointments and scheduling modifications in Capstone; follow department protocols and escalate when needed.
