Job summary

Sprinter Health is an on-demand home-based health service delivering medical professionals to patients’ homes for blood draws, wellness visits, and related care. We seek Nurse Practitioners who will conduct virtual wellness visits and perform in-home assessments with a patient-centered focus.

Successful candidates will provide compassionate, professional care, work autonomously, and coordinate with our Sprinters to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate referrals when needed.

Qualifications

• Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and compassion in delivering high-quality health services.
• Willingness to work in a fast-changing, autonomous environment and solve problems creatively.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using laptops or mobile devices for charting and secure messaging.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Pass national background check and license search.

Responsibilities

• Review daily caseload and prepare necessary tools at the start of the day.
• Navigate schedule and collaborate with Sprinters visiting patients’ homes.
• Establish warm connections with diverse patients and collect relevant information.
• Conduct health risk assessments, medication reviews, cognitive screenings, and patient education.
• Coordinate with Sprinters to arrange blood draws and address patient needs.
• Document findings and coordinate preventive care and referrals.
