One Medical is seeking a licensed Advanced Practitioner to join the Virtual Medical Team, delivering 24/7 virtual primary care to patients across the U.S. The role requires an FNP certification and active state licensure with full practice authority, and includes weekday and weekend shifts.

The position emphasizes collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates, ongoing clinical rounds, and delivering evidence-based care through telehealth, phone triage, and video visits.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practitioner with Full Practice Authority where applicable.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Provide exceptional care to patients virtually using clinical training.
