Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Virtual Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive, relationship-driven care through a virtual-first model in the United States. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care and lead clinical initiatives.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, quality improvement, and population health strategies in a fast-growing, technology-enabled healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an MD or DO residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• At least five years of experience practicing in a primary care setting.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted physician license in the United States; multistate licensure desirable.
• Location: reside in the United States with ability to maintain multistate licensure.
• Experience providing clinical oversight or supervision to APPs.
• Familiar with value-based care, population health, and quality measurement.
• Virtual-first or telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive virtual primary care to a diverse patient population via synchronous and asynchronous care.
• Supervise nurse practitioners under collaborative practice agreements and mentor teams.
• Support total cost of care initiatives and guide appropriate utilization across care continuum.
• Participate in peer reviews, chart audits, and quality improvement activities.
• Use population health data and care gap reports to drive proactive interventions.
• Contribute to development and refinement of evidence-based clinical programs and care pathways.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation reflecting patient complexity for quality measurement.
• Collaborate daily in team huddles and cross-functional activities for coordinated care.
• Participate in on-call shifts to cover urgent patient needs outside regular hours.
• Maintain state licenses and CME obligations while contributing to clinical excellence.
