Qualifikationen

• Residency and board certification requirements for Family Medicine
• Eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid participation without sanctions
• Interstate licensure components and state licenses required
• HIPAA compliance and patient privacy focus
• Ability to treat patients of all ages across the lifespan
• Comfort working in a home-based telemedicine setting
• Experience with managing an independent patient panel
• Willingness to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and EHR systems
• Strong bedside manner and compassionate care

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality virtual primary care via video visits, including assessment, diagnosis, and education
• Manage a patient panel with comprehensive acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Collaborate with Care/Case Management to develop care plans
• Obtain additional state licenses as needed with Credentialing Team
• Maintain patient satisfaction and quality metrics
• Utilize telehealth tech to deliver care while multitasking
• Stay updated on medical knowledge, treatments, and medications
• Adhere to HIPAA and security regulations
• Provide empathetic care and support to patients and families
• Work across the lifespan with a private, secure home office environment
