Job summary

One Medical is hiring a Primary Care Physician for a fully virtual role focusing on comprehensive and longitudinal management of a new patient panel. You will join a virtual care team delivering high-quality primary care across the United States.

The role requires an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency, outpatient primary care experience, and Washington licensure with multi-state readiness. Telehealth experience and strong patient relationships are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• Active Washington state medical license with willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care
• Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain patient relationships in a virtual setting.
• Active Washington state medical license with willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing across multiple states for One Medical virtual primary care, Virtual Medical Team supervision, and remote care in other MSAs

Responsibilities

• Conducting virtual visits across a broad spectrum of primary care needs including acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care
• Establishing strong patient relationships to drive continuity of care
• Collaborating with virtual care teams, health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians to coordinate comprehensive care
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning through other modalities
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues as part of a virtual care team
• Contributing to the development and refinement of virtual panel-building workflows and best practices
• Build and maintain a sustainable patient panel, achieving schedule utilization benchmarks
