Job summary

Fullmind is hiring for a fully remote educator to deliver live, district-aligned instruction to U.S. students.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with a daily rate of $310–$320, scheduled 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM PST, and requires authorization to work in the United States. As part of the educator pool, you will select openings via our portal, teach on the district’s virtual platform, develop lessons, track progress, and participate in district meetings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California Moderate to Severe teaching certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university required.

Responsibilities

• Access the educator portal to select available openings.
• Teach the district curriculum on the district’s virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and engagement in the virtual classroom.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Collaborate with the in-class facilitator present with students.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district’s calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you’ve completed the application process.

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum

• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment

• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies

• Track student grades and performance

• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings

• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students

• Must beauthorized to work in the United States and hold an active California Moderate to Severe teaching certification.

• Minimum of3 years of experience as a professional educator

• Must have aBachelor’s Degreefrom an accredited college/university.

• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.

• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background checkas part of the application process.

• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
