Job summary

Fullmind is seeking qualified educators to join our remote pool for while teaching students with disabilities through our virtual platform. You will select placements via our educator portal, deliver curriculum, and customize lesson plans to support student success.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and an active US teaching certificate, along with at least three years of professional teaching experience. A 1099 contract offers flexible placements and no benefits; remote work is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college/university.
• Active USA state teaching certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional educator experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Access the educator portal to select jobs.
• Teach the district curriculum on the district’s virtual platform.

• Foster creativity and engagement in the virtual learning environment.
• Track student grades and performance; attend PD sessions and faculty meetings.

Job description

• Role: Student with Disabilities with Autism Spectrum Disorder endorsement
• Fully remote, 1099 contract position
• Daily Rate: $280-$300; rates are negotiable and subject to change
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM EST

The Role

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district’s calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you’ve completed the application process.

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Access our educator portal to select the jobs you take on

• Teach the school’s curriculum on the district’s virtual platform

• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum

• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment

• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies

• Track student grades and performance

• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings

• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students

• Must beauthorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certification.

• Minimum of3 years of experience as a professional educator

• Must have aBachelor’s Degreefrom an accredited college/university.

• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.

• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background checkas part of the application process.

• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
