Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we have established ourselves as a trusted industry partner.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will support our senior managers with high-level administrative tasks, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to act independently. Your contribution will enhance our business efficiency by providing personalized and timely support to our executives.

Hours

Monday, Friday, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm EST; Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage complex and busy schedules
  2. Coordinate planning, logistics, and operations
  3. Provide comprehensive administrative support
  4. Arrange individual and group travel
  5. Handle confidential information with discretion
  6. Support data entry, project assistance, event planning, filing, correspondence, and mail handling
  7. Organize meetings from start to finish
  8. Screen calls, prepare documents, handle bill payments, and maintain records
  9. Perform errands as needed
  10. Create and maintain action items and follow-ups
  11. Assist with Chief of Staff duties and project management
  12. Support procurement and logistics tasks
Candidate Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably within a BPO
  • Excellent command of English
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+)
Compensation and Benefits

Physical Requirements

This role is primarily sedentary, involving sitting/standing for long periods, operating office equipment, and occasional movement within the office.
