Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on innovation, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry.

We are seeking a highly organized, well-established, and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to join our remote team. As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be able to act independently. Your contribution will enhance our business efficiency by providing personalized and timely support to our executive team.

Hours

Monday, Friday, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm EST & Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex and busy schedules
  • Planning, logistics, and operational tasks
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Supporting data entry, project completion, event planning, filing, correspondence, and mail handling
  • Organizing meetings and summits from start to finish
  • Screening calls, preparing documents, bill payments, and record keeping
  • Performing errands as needed
  • Maintaining personal action items, to-do lists, and following up proactively
  • Supporting Chief of Staff level duties and project management
  • Handling procurement and logistics duties
Candidate Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (preferably within a BPO)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+)
Compensation and Benefits

Physical Requirements
