Full-Time
We are seeking a highly organized, well-established, and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to join our remote team. You will perform high-level administrative tasks supporting senior managers, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act independently. Your contribution will enhance our business efficiency through personalized and timely support.
Monday, Friday, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm EST & Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST
