Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, well-established, and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to join our remote team. You will perform high-level administrative tasks supporting senior managers, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act independently. Your contribution will enhance our business efficiency through personalized and timely support.

Hours

Monday, Friday, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm EST & Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex and busy schedules
  • Planning, logistics, and operations support
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Supporting data entry, project completion, event planning, filing, and correspondence
  • Organizing meetings and summits
  • Screening calls, preparing documents, bill payments, and record keeping
  • Running errands as needed
  • Managing personal action items, to-do lists, and follow-ups
  • Performing duties at the Chief of Staff or Project Management level as required
  • Procurement and logistics duties
Candidate Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (BPO experience preferred)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
  • High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+ download)
Employment Conditions

Must be authorized to work in the job's country. Willing to undergo background/security checks and drug screening. Conditions vary by location.

Compensation and Benefits
