• Assists trainees with technical issues related to course navigation, login, or equipment setup.
• Adheres to testing procedures and quality/security measures.
• Reports suspected irregularities or trainee behavior to management.
• Maintains professional demeanor.
• Covers lunches/breaks as needed.
• Reports course problems to Supervisor of Live Online Proctoring.
