HASC is seeking Live Online Proctors to oversee trainees in virtual labs across our Gulf Coast network. The role involves checking in participants, monitoring progress, and explaining exam procedures while upholding security and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with HASC policies and objectives.
• Proficient with Windows/Microsoft Office and Internet browsers.

Responsibilities

• Checks in trainees and verifies identification prior to testing.
• Monitors trainees throughout training events.
• Communicates lab rules and policies to trainees while proctoring.
• Explains course and exam processes.
• Assists trainees with technical navigation, login, or equipment setup.
• Understands testing procedures and adheres to quality and security measures.
• Reports suspected irregularities or trainee behavior to management.
• Maintains professional and respectful demeanor.
• Assists with covering lunches and breaks.
• Reports course problems to Supervisor of Live Online Proctoring.
