Job summary

Perplexity is seeking a Virtual Events Manager in New York to craft live experiences that showcase our products and teach users how to leverage them. You will master product details, design compelling event narratives, recruit speakers, and partner with Growth to drive registrations.

You will manage end-to-end event execution, from strategy through retros and ROI analysis, turning each session into a productive engine for onboarding and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in virtual events, product marketing, customer education, demand generation, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Know the product cold: develop deep product knowledge and build workflows.
• Own virtual events end to end: strategy, calendar, briefs, staffing, rehearsals, live production, follow-up.
