Job summary

Material Bank is seeking a Field Team Associate to build relationships with architects, interior designers, and related professionals across the Southeast. This role will serve as the on the ground presence of Material Bank, bringing the brand to life through firm visits, events, trainings, and personalized engagement that drive platform adoption and long term member loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in field marketing, brand representation, or community engagement.
• Natural relationship builder with in-person engagement.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events and trainings that move metrics.
• Ownership mentality with self-direction and territory management.

Responsibilities

• Own platform awareness, adoption, and loyalty across the Southeast through in-person engagement with A&D firms.
• Drive activation and reactivation by identifying key influencers and high-value firms.
• Plan and execute local and regional events—presentations, lunch-and-learns, showroom activations, meetups, trade shows.
• Lead virtual platform demos, onboarding, and trainings to maximize platform value.
• Design and execute on-brand gifting and loyalty programs to deepen member engagement.
• Track territory KPIs and surface field intelligence to inform leadership.
