Job summary

Arkansas Connections Academy seeks an Elementary Teacher to manage instructional programs from Bentonville or a home office within Arkansas. You will communicate with learning coaches, review curricula, and guide students toward successful completion using both asynchronous and live sessions.

The role requires Arkansas teaching certification, strong tech skills, and the ability to work remotely with occasional travel for events and testing.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Arkansas or within 300 miles of Bentonville, AR.
• Certified to teach Elementary in Arkansas, with content area responsibilities.
• Strong technology skills with Microsoft OS, MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and marketing.
• Ability to work remotely and some evening hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grade assignments, create progress reports and conduct parent conferences.
• Support instructional program with asynchronous and synchronous sessions.
• Review curriculum and adapt lessons to increase student understanding.
• Communicate regularly with parents, students and co‑teachers to update plans.
• Coordinate field trips and social activities for students.
• Manage student records, attendance, and communications.
