Job summary

Framework is hiring certified elementary and middle school tutors for high-quality virtual sessions. You will deliver 1:1 and small group tutoring in K-8 Math and ELA using provided curriculum and interactive slides, on a remote platform. Sessions run 4 evenings weekly; all four days are required.

Requires a valid U.S. teaching license in General Education, Math, or ELA, with SpEd/ESL certification a plus. Competitive pay and flexible, supportive environment offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings.
• Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom.
• Use provided curriculum to engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning.
• Adapt instruction to meet each student’s needs.
• Administer provided assessments as scheduled.
• Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team.

Framework is now hiring Certified Elementary and Middle School Tutors!

Framework is seeking certified, experienced, and creative educators to provide engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring to a diverse group of elementary, middle, or high school students covering various math and ELA subjects.

Tutors will work with small groups or one-on-one, delivering instruction using provided curriculum and interactive slide decks. Sessions range from 15 minute to 60 minute sessions on a safe and secure online platform.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, weekly from 4:30-10:00 PM EST (all 4 days required)
• Focus: K-8 Math and ELA
  
• Employment Type: W-2, part-time (no guaranteed minimum hours)
• Pay: $30/hour for tutoring, $20/hour for admin/prep time
• Location: Remote - must reside and work in the U.S.
• Who: A legal U.S. resident who is certified in General Education, Math, or ELA

• Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
• Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting)
• Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms
• Prior online tutoring experience preferred
• Bilingual abilities preferred
