Framework is now hiring High Impact Virtual Tutors to deliver engaging, live tutoring to elementary through high school students using our provided curriculum and interactive slide decks on a secure online platform. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tutoring experience, virtual or in person.
• Completion of at least two years (60 credit hours) of college coursework.
• Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings.
• Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom.
• Engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning.
• Adapt instruction to meet each student’s needs.
• Administer assessments as required.
