Job summary

Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, invites experienced birth and full-spectrum doulas to join its nationwide network. This is a 1099 independent contractor role serving families in Missouri, providing pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support both virtually and in-person in designated counties.

Doulas are credentialed through Pomelo's process, with client matching, billing, and admin support.

Qualifications

• Certification as a birth and/or full-spectrum doula.
• Experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse populations.
• Comfort using telehealth and documentation systems.
• Available for evenings and weekends; based in MO.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Improve birth outcomes by providing supportive care.
• Maintain timely, accurate visit documentation.
• Follow privacy, quality, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with Pomelo network and credentialing process.
