Job summary

Pomelo Care seeks experienced doulas to join a nationwide network providing virtual and in-person birth support. You will educate families, support positive birth outcomes, and maintain compliant documentation while working as an independent contractor.

Applicants must hold a birth or full-spectrum doula certification, have strong communication skills, and be available evenings/weekends. Telehealth familiarity and ability to serve Nevada (Clark) preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a birth and/or full-spectrum doula.
• Experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse families.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide expecting and new families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
• Help improve birth outcomes by providing supportive care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for visits and birth support.
• Follow Pomelo standards for privacy, quality, and documentation.
