Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focusing on women and children. We connect patients with registered dietitians for midlife and menopause-related nutrition care via telehealth, with flexible, patient-centered scheduling.

This independent contractor role requires Indiana licensure, a minimum of 10 hours per week, and at least 3 years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience. Compensation is per visit, with support from Pomelo for credentialing and billing.

Qualifications

National certification as a registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) with license to practice in Indiana.
Ability to commit for a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
A minimum of 3 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for specified conditions.

Responsibilities

Conduct synchronous video visits with midlife, perimenopause, and menopauseTransition patients.
Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone/video to support lifestyle change.
Engage in multi-week programs to assist symptom improvement and sustained behavior change.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
