Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to provide synchronous virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopause-related needs. This 1099 independent contractor role supports flexible scheduling, with credentialing and administrative assistance provided by Pomelo.

You will conduct video visits, document care plans, and participate in multi-week programs while maintaining independence and professional licensure across Indiana. Compensation is per completed visit hour.

Qualifications

• National RD certification (or equivalent) and Indiana licensure required or in process.
• Commitment to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• At least 3 years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with midlife and menopause-focused patients.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone/video to support lifestyle change.
• Deliver multi-week program-based care and symptom improvement.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
