Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. As a registered dietitian, you will join a nationwide network as an independent contractor providing synchronous nutrition visits through telehealth.

You will schedule 10+ patient-facing hours weekly, handle documentation, and collaborate with our clinical and recruitment teams.

Qualifications

• National certification as RD/RDN with Indiana license is required.
• Commitment of at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Minimum 3 years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience for conditions such as metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteoporosis, gut health, and plant-forward eating.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to work independently during visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with midlife, perimenopause, and menopause patients.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video to support lifestyle changes.
• Deliver multi-week programs to improve symptoms and promote sustained behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per standards.
• Assist with credentialing, billing, and administrative support within Pomelo network.
