Job summary

Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice, seeks licensed dietitians to join as independent contractors. Deliver synchronous telehealth nutrition visits for midlife and menopause-related care from Indiana. Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly and maintain comprehensive documentation.

You will work within a supportive clinical community, focusing on evidence-based nutrition, plant-forward diets, and gut health, while leveraging Pomelo’s administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RD license or equivalent (RD/RDN).
• Minimum 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• 3+ years in evidence-based nutrition therapy for metabolic syndrome, weight loss, osteoporosis, gut health, and plant-forward diets.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment; ability to work independently during visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with midlife patients navigating perimenopause.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone/video to support lifestyle changes.
• Engage in multi-week programs to improve symptoms and sustainable habits.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
