Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Course Facilitator to support virtual courses, validate automated grading and feedback, and provide facilitator-owned inputs to course deliverables. You will troubleshoot and escalate LMS defects through Government-approved channels, and monitor learner progress with data-driven inputs.

Ideal candidates have experience in online learning environments, familiarity with LMS platforms, and ability to generate reproducible defect documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilitating or supporting virtual instructor-led training.
• Ability to support learners in online environments and document issues using approved tools.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms at a non-admin level preferred.
• Experience validating grading/feedback outputs, both manual and automated.
• Knowledge of common delivery tools and courseware software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line student support for virtual courses and escalate defects with diagnostic detail.
• Review automated grading outputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor learner progress and track pacing indicators.
• Maintain logs of facilitator issues and reproducible defect documentation.
• Assist in preparing course deliverables and facilitator-owned inputs.
• Offer guidance on networking systems, operating systems, and technical writing.
