Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Virtual Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver skilled therapy from home to patients in Florida. This remote role offers a weekday schedule with compensation of $24.00–$25.75 per hour, supporting high-risk patients to remain safely at home.

You will work under the direction of a licensed OT, providing interventions, ADL support, patient education, and progress monitoring while leveraging WellSky / Kinnser EMR and Finish Sooner to optimize note

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active COTA credential and Florida COTA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior home health or triage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care: Provide occupational therapy treatments per plan of care.
• ADL Support: Help patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Education: Instruct patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety.
• Clinical Monitoring: Track progress and report changes to the supervising OT.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Position: Virtual Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: Remote (Florida Residents only)

Schedule: Weekdays

Compensation: $24.00 – $25.75 per hour

Your Role as a Virtual Home Health COTA

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will provide skilled virtual therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Your care will empower patients to regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Care: Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the plan of care established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• ADL Support: Assist patients with improving activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive technology, and environmental safety strategies.
• Clinical Monitoring: Monitor patient progress, track outcomes, and report clinical changes promptly to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver holistic care.
