Concierge Home Care seeks a Virtual Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver skilled therapy from home to clients in Florida. You will work under an Occupational Therapist, focusing on helping patients regain independence and perform daily activities safely.

Responsibilities include direct therapeutic interventions, ADL support, caregiver education, progress monitoring, and collaboration with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license and CPR certification.
• Home health or triage experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct Care: provide OT treatments per plan of care.
• ADL Support: assist daily living activities.
• Education: train patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques.
• Clinical Monitoring: track progress and report changes.
• Collaboration: work with physicians and care teams.
