Dynamic EcoHome in Texas is hiring a Sales Associate for an in-office role where you will meet homeowners virtually and lead energy-efficiency conversations, present proposals, and close deals using provided leads and referrals.

This is an in-office role where you will meet with homeowners virtually. What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate Selling: Individuals who consider themselves the top in their field with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition
• Relationship Building: Desire to educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient, and the benefits of clean energy, including energy cost savings and worthwhile investment to increase home value
• Pipeline Excellence: Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities at customer homes from provided leads via setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals
• Ambitious and Resilient: Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with in-home presentations and proposals
• Training Initiative: Eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!

Sales Associate Requirements

Any sort of sales experience of any duration!

Compensation

• Average full-time $120,000 - $200,000 yearly, with an upside of $260,000+
• $1000 weekly + aggressive commission
• Average Commission on one closed deal ($1,500 - $7,500)
