Dynamic Eco Home is seeking energetic, entry-level outbound sales representatives in Texas to reach homeowners and discuss ways to save on electricity bills by upgrading to efficient, smart solutions.

You’ll train to learn proven sales approaches, handle outbound calls, and help homeowners understand the value of energy efficiency. The role offers a strong commission structure and opportunities for advancement.

Job description

Dynamic Outbound Sales Representatives make outbound calls & speak to homeowners about the opportunity to save money and reduce their electricity bills. This is an entry level position

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate Selling : Individuals who are eager to develop within an exciting and successful company with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition
• Relationship Building : Desire to develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling - educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient and energy cost savings opportunities
• Ambitious and Resilient : Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with ongoing communication through outbound calling
• Training Initiative : Eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!
• No sales experience is necessary! Eagerness to learn and succeed is equally valuable
• Shift is 10am-6pm
• Average full-time $60,000 - $100,000 yearly , with an upside of $140,000+
• $500 weekly + aggressive commission, plus weekly incentives
