Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a Virtual Sales & Client Onboarding Representative to guide new and prospective clients toward suitable financial solutions from the comfort of a home office.

You will initiate outreach, understand client needs, and clearly explain services, helping clients take the next steps with our team. This role offers a supportive remote work environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and comfortable working from home.
• People-first approach with good follow-up skills.
• Previous sales/appointment setting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients.
• Engage in conversations to discover client needs and goals.
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps.
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system.
