Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a Virtual Client Onboarding Representative to serve as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, guiding them toward the next steps and helping them explore financial solutions aligned with their goals.

You will initiate outreach, schedule follow-ups, capture client needs, and ensure accurate records in our CRM while delivering professional, friendly service from a home office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred
• Professional, friendly communicator who thrives in a client-facing environment
• Organized and comfortable working in a work from home setting
• A people-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing role a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients
• Engage in conversations to discover client needs and goals
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system
