Nuvant Consulting Group seeks a Virtual Client Consultant to act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them toward the next steps in our financial solutions. You will initiate outreach, respond to inquiries, and help clients understand our services in a virtual setting.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a people-first approach, comfortable with remote work, and experienced in sales or client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Confident and friendly communicator who works well in a client-facing environment.
• Organized and comfortable working in a virtual setting.
• People-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing role a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential clients
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries
• Engage in conversations to uncover client needs and goals
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members
• Log interactions and maintain accurate notes in our CRM
