Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT consulting, account management, or technical leadership within MSP space.
• Proven success in strategic IT planning, budgeting, and engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen aligning technology with business strategy.
• Industry certifications (e.g., MCSA, VCP, CCNA) are a plus.
• Proficiency with ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, Office 365, and advanced Mac OS support preferred.

We are seeking a highly qualified Virtual Client Information Officer (vCIO) to join our team. This strategic role serves as the primary liaison for assigned clients, addressing both technical escalations and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, collaborative, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Expected schedule of approximately 47 hours per week, including occasional evening client dinners and events
• Must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
