Job summary

AO Globe Life, a remote-first company, is hiring for a role suited to recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications. You'll provide client-first service, build relationships, and guide clients through enrollment from anywhere in the U.S.

You will receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a growth path into leadership. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling and performance-based compensation.

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
