WEBIT Services, a Chicago-based MSP, seeks a qualified vCIO to own post-sales client lifecycle for selected accounts, lead onboarding, and drive Technology Business Reviews. The role emphasizes customer service, business alignment, and ongoing client education.

The candidate will stay current with WEBIT offerings, work with cross-functional teams, and help define long-term technology goals for clients in a fast-paced, employee-owned firm.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years as a vCIO/TAM for an MSP.
• Strong technical and business acumen to align IT with client goals.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead post-sales client lifecycle and onboarding activities.
• Manage Technology Business Reviews with clients.
• Create and maintain client management documentation.
• Coordinate remediation projects with Field/Help Desk teams.
• Explain technical status in layman terms to client contacts.
