CareerSource Central Florida seeks a dedicated career consultant to guide job seekers through assessments, skill reviews, and potential training to meet regional business demand. You will support clients with job referrals, resume prep, and employability workshops in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires strong customer service, data entry, and collaboration with business services teams. A minimum Associates degree with four years in workforce development or related experience is required,

Formación

• Associates degree from an accredited institution in business administration, social sciences, or related discipline; supplemented by four (4) years’ experience in workforce development or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years’ experience in Customer Service, Staffing, Sales, Non-profit, Workforce or related experience; or Associates/Bachelors with related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directly determines client eligibility for case management and drafts short/long term career plans.
• Conducts standardized assessments and provides quality job referrals.
• Builds relationships with CSCF/DEO staff and stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
• Performs data entry and maintains client records in data systems.
• Provides job search assistance, resume prep, employability workshops, and education assessments.
