CareerSource Suncoast is seeking a Workforce Development Specialist to help job seekers with scholarships, career planning, resumes, and referrals to community resources. You will assist clients in building employment plans and connecting them with training opportunities while maintaining supportive relationships.

Reporting to the Workforce Development Manager, this full-time role requires empathy, strong organization, and the ability to work with diverse populations in a hybrid Florida office

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years in career development preferred.
• Experience delivering client services in a social services setting is a plus.
• Strong empathy and ability to respond to diverse client needs.

Aufgaben

• Provide case management coordination to support client success and meet performance targets.
• Verify eligibility for program services and assist with training needs assessment.
• Help clients develop financial plans and career goals and implement service plans.
• Assist with job placement and referrals to community resources.
• Coordinate supportive services (child care, transportation) and monitor fund usage.
• Maintain current, accurate documentation in CRM and collaborate with team.
