Job summary

Project New Generation LLC in Glendale, AZ seeks a seasoned Director of Nursing to lead and elevate our clinical care team, drive patient outcomes, and foster staff development.

The role oversees nursing operations, policy development, staffing, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on quality improvement and care coordination.

BSN is required, MSN preferred; active AZ RN license; 3–5 years in nursing leadership; this full-time position offers flexibility with work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• 3–5 years of nursing leadership or management experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and clinical best practices
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing nursing teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and care coordination

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations, clinical staff, and day-to-day patient care delivery
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality care standards
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Manage nursing department budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation
