Job summary

PNC is seeking a Sales Leader I in its Virtual Business Banking group. You will manage a team serving businesses with 2–10MM in annual revenue, coordinating prospecting and relationship management to drive growth while ensuring risk controls and compliance.

Based in a PNC office, you will collaborate with senior internal and external partners to deliver tailored financial solutions, coach team members, and develop talent for long-term success.

Qualifications

• University degree required; higher education desirable.
• 8+ years industry experience; 5+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
• Coordinate daily activities of team members in customer/prospect management.
• Develop and oversee account and sales plans with potential direct sales responsibilities.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Build and manage senior relationships to expand client base and cross-sell PNC products.
• Coach staff to meet individual goals and drive performance.
• Translate strategic plans into day-to-day actions and track progress.
